What Are The Shipping Costs/Fees?

When Will I Receive My Product?
We provide a estimate of 7-14 business days for delivery. Depending on where you are in the world this timeframe may vary, please take not we do not work on weekends or public holidays. For DHL Express the estimate is 2-4 days.
Please note these are general delivery estimates and do not represent guarantees and are estimates only. We are not liable if your package is delayed as there are multiple factors outside our reasonable control (customs, weather, COVID19, courier delays etc)
What Shipping Companies Do You Use?
We use DHL, USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Deutsche Post and many other national carriers. We use the National Postal Carriers of each country so depending upon where you live your carrier will be different.
What About Customs Fees?
Our products are priced appropriately for Customs so our customers do not receive or incur customs fee’s.
When Will My Item Arrive?
You will have been sent tracking by “us” Any questions regarding delivery timetables need to be addressed to your local courier. You may also refer to our tracking page here
We are not responsible for determine the date/day of your delivery or the time.
Why Hasn’t My Order Shipped Yet?
When you ordered you would have immediately received 2 emails clearly outlining that once an order is placed it can take 1-4 business days to prepare the appropriate Customs Forms for International Shipments.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Unfortunately no. We operate a ecommerce system integrated with a global Logistics Provider. This means once your order has been received on the site it has already been processed and it cannot be rescinded. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your order details are accurate.
I Made A Mistake In My Address?
Unfortunately due to Customs Laws and our Logistics Solution as well as the Privacy Policy we cannot alter your address once your order has been placed. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your order details are accurate.
If your shipment is deemed lost by the shipping provider then we will send you a replacement unit once you have paid the Unit Cost Price fee for the product you have purchased.
If your shipment is declared as Return To Sender by the shipping provider then we will process you an exchange or refund only once we have received the product back to us as verified by tracking minus any shipping expenses incurred (in the case of refunds).
It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of your order details.
